About the Role
As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a modern, digitally-enabled studio environment. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a full range of restorative, cosmetic, and operative procedures, with a focus on whole-person health, including sleep and occlusal issues. You will develop member-centered treatment plans, deliver exceptional patient experiences rooted in hospitality, and manage a dynamic schedule to optimize productivity.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead clinical excellence, mentor team members, and collaborate with staff to ensure coordinated, efficient care.
- Lead complex cases, participate in clinical calibration, and support studio performance.
- For Lead Dentist roles: mentor and onboard team members, and drive improvements in clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a full range of restorative, cosmetic, and operative dental procedures.
- Develop and implement member-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on hospitality.
- Manage a dynamic schedule to optimize productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license, CPR/BLS certification, and DEA registration.
- Invisalign certification.
- Minimum of 2 years (Associate) or 6+ years (Lead) of clinical experience.
- Proficiency with digital workflows.
