Dentist - Associate / Lead

About the Role

Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a modern studio environment. Diagnose and treat a wide range of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures with a focus on whole-person health, including sleep-disordered breathing and malocclusion. You may serve as an Associate Dentist or step into a Lead Dentist role, guiding clinical excellence and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diverse dental treatments such as crowns, veneers, implants, and endodontics.
• Conduct comprehensive exams and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Identify and treat malocclusion and sleep-related breathing issues, promoting growth in aligner and sleep therapy services.
• Manage a dynamic schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow and superior member experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Lead clinical training, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives (Lead role).

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution with an active license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Invisalign certification and comfort with digital workflows.
• Associate Dentists: minimum 2 years post-residency experience; Lead Dentists: 6+ years and leadership experience.
• Physical ability to perform clinical procedures, including manual dexterity and vision requirements.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $425,000, with performance-based incentives.
