Associate / Lead Dentist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a modern, digitally enabled studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative, operative, cosmetic, and diagnostic procedures, including crowns, veneers, endodontics, implants, and TMJ treatments.
• Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans, with a focus on whole-person health, including sleep-disordered breathing and malocclusion.
• Drive growth in clear aligner treatments and integrate sleep therapy solutions.
• Manage a dynamic schedule to optimize member flow and ensure an exceptional patient experience grounded in personalized care, clear communication, and compassion.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless care delivery and participate in ongoing clinical development.
• For Lead Dentists: mentor team members, lead clinical onboarding, and manage studio performance to uphold standards and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree, active dental license, and CPR/BLS certification.
• Invisalign certification.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience for Associate Dentists, 6+ years for Lead Dentists.
