DEN Airport - Shift Manager $21-$24

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift
• Maintain performance during the shift
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during their shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage food safety
• Manage inventory
• Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage crew
• Ensure quality food production
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure safety and security
• Schedule staff
• Train new employees

Requirements

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.

Qualifications
