Position Summary
Lumeris is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own both Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for Tom, our Primary Care as a Service (PCaaS) platform. In this high-impact role, you will design and execute integrated programs tailored to America’s largest health systems, driving engagement across complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles. Working in close alignment with Sales, Sales Development, Operations, and various marketing teams, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from strategy and budget allocation to pipeline acceleration and revenue generation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly marketing plans, taking complete ownership of both Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to hit target prospect, opportunity, and revenue goals.
- Build and scale targeted ABM programs specifically tailored to large health systems, orchestrating multi-channel plays to engage key decision-makers through complex buying cycles.
- Manage vertical campaign budgets and partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Comms teams to deliver full-funnel GTM campaigns across paid media, content, events, and outbound plays.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and SDRs to execute account plays, align on key account targets, and maintain clear feedback loops.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing Teams to produce compelling assets—such as case studies, white papers, webinars, and sales enablement tools.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign health, account engagement, and funnel velocity, using data insights to optimize marketing spend.
- Work with the Event manager to support key trade shows and event activations to generate enterprise leads and deepen relationships with target accounts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise B2B demand generation experience (experience marketing to health system and healthcare provider group executives is a plus).
- Experience developing and executing automated marketing campaigns and lead nurturing using marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred).
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid and organic social, display, retargeting, and email.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, strategies, and tactics (LinkedIn in particular).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience using Google Analytics to track, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong comprehension of SEO/AEO/GEO.
- Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills, including experience with project management systems.
