Demand Generation Manager
About the role
We're a B2B SaaS demand gen agency focused on helping brands build stronger marketing systems. Our proprietary platform, OmniOS, handles administrative tasks so our team can focus on strategy and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own the strategic direction of cross-channel paid media programs for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Manage paid media strategy for multiple clients, ensuring their satisfaction at the executive level.
Host bi-weekly strategic reviews with client leadership, answer questions on Slack, and present monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Develop and lead comprehensive, cross-channel campaign plans, aligning enterprise business goals with the right mix of paid media strategies.
Analyze data from paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and translate their impact on CRM metrics into strategic recommendations.
Guide cross-channel strategy pivots and improve performance at scale.
Lead coordination with Senior Paid Media Managers and Graphic Designers to ensure campaign execution reflects the broader strategic direction.
Ensure seamless integration of efforts across the Omni Lab team to deliver exceptional, strategically aligned results for clients.
Requirements
Experience working in-house at a B2B SaaS brand in a demand gen capacity and/or fractionally with marketing leaders at SaaS brands.
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including account and strategy leadership in the B2B tech space, handling mid-market and enterprise clients with budgets exceeding $50K/month.
A track record of setting cross-channel paid media strategy - not just executing campaigns - across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead strategic discussions with senior marketing and founder stakeholders.
Passionate about marketing, constantly seeking to learn and improve through podcasts, LinkedIn, and industry reading.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
The ability to analyze and interpret data from paid media accounts and CRM systems to inform enterprise-level strategic decisions.
