Responsibilities
- Develop the demand generation strategy and roadmap for the Insider segment, covering both net-new account acquisition and growth/reactivation of existing accounts.
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across outbound email, lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce channels.
- Define target audiences and segmentation criteria using CRM and ERP data.
- Capture and operationalize intent signals from transactional and e-commerce behavior to trigger the appropriate campaign or sequence.
- Instrument and monitor the top and middle of the funnel; track and report on campaign, sequence, and offer performance.
- Conduct cohort and account-level analysis of the Insider book to identify acquisition, reactivation, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Document program logic, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver prioritized, context-rich worklists to the ISR team, including recommended action and applicable offer.
- Partner with inside sales to align on targeting, gather feedback, and refine programs.
- Coordinate with pricing, customer service, and operations as required to execute programs.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar field of study.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle/revenue marketing.
- Background in distribution, merchant/wholesale, industrial, or high-SKU catalog B2B preferred.
- Demonstrated experience generating qualified pipeline against a large, fragmented account base.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales sequences), including segmentation, automation, lifecycle management, and reporting.
- Experience designing and executing outbound and lifecycle email cadences, with a working knowledge of email deliverability.
- Experience designing promotional offers as a demand lever, with the ability to measure incremental impact.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to pull and work with data from CRM and ERP systems, build segments and cohorts, and connect activity to revenue outcomes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent programs.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with a sales team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
- Must be able to efficiently use a Windows-based computer.
- Able to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
- Must be able to read and communicate in English, for safe and effective performance of the job and business operations.
- Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
