What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • A proven track record of creating marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, webinars, events, content marketing, and digital channels
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and revenue leaders
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy

Bonus Points For

  • Experience marketing to Australian and New Zealand audiences
  • Experience within PropTech, Real Estate Technology, or the broader real estate industry
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise
  • Familiarity with intent data, lead scoring, and advanced segmentation strategies
