Why We’re Hiring As Feathery grows, generating high-quality pipeline across enterprise accounts is critical to our continued momentum. We’re hiring a Demand Generation Marketer to own and scale our pipeline generation efforts across channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can build campaigns, experiment quickly, and drive measurable impact on revenue. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to translate positioning into programs that attract, engage, and convert the right customers. About The Role This is a high-ownership role that blends: Multi-channel demand generation strategy and executionCampaign development and performance optimizationExperimentation across audiences, messaging, and channelsClose alignment with sales and product marketing You’ll own the end-to-end demand engine — from campaign strategy to execution to pipeline impact. What You’ll Do Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across outbound, paid, content, events, and partnershipsBuild programs that generate qualified pipeline across target accounts in insurance and wealth managementTranslate product positioning into high-performing campaigns and messagingOwn campaign calendars and ensure alignment with product launches and GTM priorities Pipeline Generation & Growth Drive inbound and outbound pipeline through creative and data-driven initiativesPartner with SDRs and AEs to support account-based and outbound strategiesOptimize conversion across the funnel — from awareness to pipeline to revenueManage and improve lead generation, routing, and nurturing processes Experimentation & Optimization Continuously test new channels, audiences, and messaging to improve performanceAnalyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insightsIdentify scalable growth opportunities across paid, organic, and event channelsBuild dashboards and reporting to track pipeline contribution and ROI Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and campaign strategyWork with Sales to ensure campaigns support pipeline goals and target accountsCollaborate with leadership on go-to-market priorities and growth initiativesSupport product launches with integrated demand generation programs About You 3–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles in B2B SaaSProven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing programsStrong understanding of multi-channel marketing (paid, outbound, content, events, etc.)Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performanceAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teamsComfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and learning from results Bonus Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategiesExperience working closely with SDR teams and outbound motionsExperience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments What We Offer Competitive compensation and equityHealth, dental, and vision coverageUnlimited PTODowntown Toronto office locationOffice snacks and monthly catered lunchA supportive, low-ego team that values ownership and growthCompany offsite to connect and recharge If you’re excited about building and scaling a demand engine that drives real revenue impact — we’d love to meet you.
