About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to ensure they meet safety and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties to comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Inspect properties for damage and document findings.
• Coordinate with contractors to address structural issues.
• Apply coatings and perform other maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework in construction or related field preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment for property maintenance.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
