About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to ensure they meet safety and aesthetic standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, repair of damages, and compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks
• Repair damages such as leaks, cracks, and structural issues
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Document all work performed for record-keeping purposes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
