About the role
Property preservation professionals are needed to maintain and restore properties. Duties include but are not limited to: inspecting properties, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for damage and document findings
- Prepare detailed repair estimates and communicate with clients
- Coordinate with contractors to schedule and manage repairs
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and regulations
- Document progress and submit final reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in property preservation or similar field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management software
