Dell Warranty Hardware Field Technician- Tallahassee, FL

About the Role

The Dell Field Technician will provide service to multiple customers each day, handling residential and commercial PC, Laptop, and Server warranty repair services on Dell (OEM) products. This position offers the opportunity to become a Dell Certified Technician at no cost, with all training completed online prior to assignment.

Schedule & Availability

• Typical work hours: 8 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Occasional "out of hours" assignments, including rare advanced work orders after 6 PM or on weekends.
• Work orders must be completed same-day (Advanced) or next business day (Basic).
• Follow-up with customers within a designated time frame for after-hours requests.
• Work order volume fluctuates daily and weekly.

Requirements

• Provide your own tools (a list is provided).
• Provide your own vehicle.
• Pass a drug and background check, where required by customers (F2OnSite adheres to all state laws regarding background checks).
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination or a valid religious/medical exemption/deferral is required prior to employment, except where prohibited by law.
