Dell Warranty Hardware Field Technician- Tallahassee, FL
The Opportunity
The Dell Field Technician will be providing service to multiple customers each day. Our Field Services division provides residential and commercial PC, Laptop and Server warranty repair services on DELL (OEM) products.
Availability and other requirements
- Depending on the assignment, work orders need to be completed same day (Advanced) or next business day (Basic).
- The typical work availability requirement is 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
- There will be "out of hours" work assignments on occasion.
Work Order Volume
The work order volume will fluctuate day to day and week to week.
Personal Equipment
- Technicians in this position are required to provide their own tools.
- A list of tools is provided.
- Technicians in this position are required to provide their own car.
Background Check
Many positions require a strict drug and background check by our customers. F2OnSite supports and adheres to all state laws regarding background checks.
Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement

It allows the applicant to answer multiple choice questions regarding his/her technical experience as well as what type of position is desired.
