About the role
We are a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to serving communities and providing exceptional service and value. We operate +40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. As a Deli Hot Bar Cook, you'll play a key part in enhancing breakfast, lunch, and dinner experiences for our guests.

Requirements
To excel as a Deli Hot Bar Cook, you should have:
- Experience interacting tactfully with guests and personnel, with good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in fast food, deli, or restaurant environments will be valuable.
- A complete understanding of safety requirements and company policies, with proper training in equipment and procedures including slicers, fryers, hot bar, and more.
- Knowledge of perishable food and the ability to work at a fast pace, multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to work at a fast pace in changing temperatures (coolers, kitchens, freezers, sales floor)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bending, kneeling, standing in plan for long periods of time
Work Schedule
This is a position available for part-time or full-time hours. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
