Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to serving its communities and providing exceptional service and value. We operate +40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. Join our team as a Deli Hot Bar Cook!

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Offer assistance to guests
• Service excellence: fulfill guest orders and special requests efficiently
• Maintain high-quality conditions at the hot bar
• Collect food temperatures and maintain hot food logs
• Organize, stock, clean, and label the hot bar efficiently
• Address and resolve guest concerns using the boomerang principle
• Support the team with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Available from 7 AM - 5 PM with weekend availability

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food, deli, or restaurant environments is valuable
• Knowledge of perishable food and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and handling high-pressure situations

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Safety knowledge and proper training in equipment and procedures

Pay

Hourly associates are paid weekly, with additional premiums on Sundays and select holidays. Full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.

Schedule

This is a part-time or full-time position available with a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
