Decorative Plumbing Sr. Showroom Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management & High-Volume Closing: Convert high-end foot traffic, trade leads, and design consultations into high-margin sales.
• Consultative Blueprint Closing: Read and interpret complex technical plans and plumbing design specifications to upsell, cross-sell, and package full-house fixture solutions that exceed customer expectations while remaining fully compliant with industry codes.
• Trade Account Business Development: Proactively hunt, cultivate, and retain repeat business from custom builders, architects, interior designers, and general contractors to secure ongoing project pipelines.
• Showroom Strategy: Utilize superior product knowledge and merchandising strategies to highlight premium lines and position Watersource as the region's preferred luxury fixture destination.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: 10+ years of high-volume retail or trade sales experience, with demonstrated success within decorative plumbing, appliances, or luxury building products.
• Closing Mastery: Expert-level consultative selling, objection handling, and deal-structuring skills with a strong drive to exceed sales quotas.
• Tech & Brand Expertise: Deep familiarity with technical plumbing systems, residential/commercial codes, and leading luxury brands.
• Education & Certifications: Associate degree or certification in plumbing technology, construction management, or related field preferred; valid Driver's License required.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skill set with retail point-of-sale software, inventory systems, and design/quoting tools.
