Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the Decatur branch, including facility location, setup, staffing, equipment, and operational readiness.
• Provide leadership for all personnel assigned to the facility and ensure employees are properly trained, supported, and held accountable to Spectrum's standards and Core Values.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained, operationally ready, and available to support customer and project needs.
• Build the operational capacity necessary to safely and effectively deliver Spectrum's service lines throughout the Decatur market and surrounding region.
• Actively engage with existing and prospective clients, identify opportunities, develop new business, and support sales efforts necessary to grow the branch.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure Spectrum consistently delivers a high level of service.
• Work closely with division General Managers to coordinate people, equipment, projects, and resources across the organization.
• Own the seat, participate fully in weekly Operational Level meetings, maintain accountability to Rocks and measurables, and actively contribute to a healthy and productive leadership team.
