About the Job The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations and overall performance of the branch, including direct leadership of both office and field teams. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability. The Branch Manager may also serve as an Estimator or Project Team Leader on large losses while supporting broader operational needs.
