About the role
Provo GMC Cadillac is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in a new vehicle dealership setting. The ideal candidate must be driven to enhance the dealership's bottom line and positively impact the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
- Train and mentor sales associates to improve their performance and effectiveness
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers
- Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to develop promotional campaigns and financial plans
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven success as a Sales Manager at a new vehicle dealership
- Experience managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and market conditions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
