About the role

Camping World seeks a Sales Manager with a proven track record in driving sales and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will coach, mentor, and develop a team dedicated to RV sales and services.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and build a high-performance sales team
  • Develop unique sales strategies through events, community activities, and local marketing campaigns
  • Manage budgets and implement cost control techniques
  • Maintain in-stock levels and merchandise presentation for enhanced sales
  • Obtain and analyze customer feedback to maintain high service levels
  • Recruit, select, and train sales staff for growth and advancement
  • Demonstrate dedication to company initiatives, goals, and policies
  • Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and share best practices
  • Stay informed about market trends and dealership inventory
  • Communicate effectively with staff, customers, co-workers, and senior management

Requirements

  • A college degree is preferred but relevant work experience is considered
  • Proven dealership sales experience and management of a revenue-generating team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, and consumer behavior
  • Strong organizational skills and focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience in customer data and inventory systems
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
  • Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for RV sales and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a commitment to excellence and integrity.

Skills

Effective communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to sales are crucial. Proficiency in CRM software and a deep understanding of RV industry trends are also beneficial.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $95,000 - $160,000 or more, with a variable pay component. For more information, visit: mycampingworldbenefits.com.
