Business DevelopmentFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes "Job Description Dealership Experienced Used Car Sales Manager ..." but we should not repeat job title as heading. We have sections: maybe "About the role" (the intro paragraph), "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits". Also maybe "Why Bob King Hyundai?" could be "About the company" but not required. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes "Why Bob King Hyundai?" with bullet list of benefits. That's benefits. Also there is "Paid Time Off beginning as early as your 31st day of employment. Medical, Dental, Vision and Other Insurance options. 401(k) with company match. Employee discounts on service, parts and vehicles. Employee Appreciation Program featuring tickets to local attractions and community partnerships. Career advancement opportunities throughout Bob King Automotive Group." That's benefits. Also there is "Position Summary" which could be "About the role". We'll treat that as About the role. We must not include Pay or Schedule unless specified. No pay info given. So omit. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. No duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. Intro: "Are you an experienced Automotive Used Car Sales Manager looking for an opportunity where your leadership, inventory management skills, and ability to drive profitability are recognized and rewarded? Bob King Hyundai is seeking a high-performing Dealership Experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This is an opportunity to work with one of the area’s most well-known automotive groups while leading a successful pre-owned operation focused on customer satisfaction, profitability, and team development. If you have a proven track record of managing a successful used vehicle department and know how to build both gross profit and customer loyalty, we want to hear from you." That's prose for About the role. Then "Why Bob King Hyundai?" with bullet list: "We Offer Competitive compensation with outstanding earning potential. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Strong inventory and purchasing resources. Established dealership with an excellent reputation. Ongoing manufacturer and leadership training. A collaborative leadership team committed to your success. Paid Time Off beginning as early as your 31st day of employment. Medical, Dental, Vision and Other Insurance options. 401(k) with company match. Employee discounts on service, parts and vehicles. Employee Appreciation Program featuring tickets to local attractions and community partnerships. Career advancement opportunities throughout Bob King Automotive Group." We can treat that as Benefits. Then "Position Summary" paragraph: "The Used Car Sales Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the dealership’s pre-owned vehicle operation, partnering with the General Manager. This includes inventory acquisition, merchandising, pricing strategy, sales performance, profitability, team leadership, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is an energetic, results-oriented leader who understands today’s automotive market and has the ability to maximize both sales volume and gross profit while developing a high-performing sales team." That could be part of About the role or separate. We'll keep as About the role maybe combine. Then "Responsibilities" with subheadings: Leadership, Used Vehicle Operations, Sales & Profitability, Customer Experience, Market & Inventory Management. Each has bullet points. We need to output

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So each bullet list under each subheading should be
      • . The subheadings themselves maybe not headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must use h3 for subheadings like Leadership etc. Probably we can keep them as or just plain text? But we need to preserve content. Could treat each subheading as a

? Not allowed? Only h3 for section headings. Could just keep them as plain text within

or . Safer: keep them as within

. But we need to output HTML fragment; we can use

for main sections only. For subheadings we can use

or . The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just said use h3 for section headings (list). It didn't say we cannot use other headings. But to be safe, we can use

for subheadings. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies those are the only sections we should create. Subheadings inside Responsibilities could be just plain text or . I'll use for those. Similarly Qualifications section: "We’re looking for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about developing people and delivering results. Preferred qualifications include:" then bullet list. We'll output:

We must ensure no duplicate lines. The company description duplicated appears twice; we omitted it as boilerplate? It's not a section heading but could be considered "About the company". The instruction says we should include a section only when posting has real specific content. The company description is substantive but not a standard section heading list. Could we include as "About the company"? Not in the list of allowed headings but we could still use h3 for it? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company description is somewhat repetitive; we could omit as it's not essential to the job. It's more about the company; but we could keep as a short paragraph under About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's about the company. I'd keep it maybe as a brief paragraph under About the role? But we already have About the role covering the role. Could add a paragraph after that: "Bob King Automotive Group - Hyundai, Genesis, Kia, Mazda, Certified Pre-Owned & Genesis of Winston Salem - a family owned business since 1968 in Winston Salem, NC. Our Commitment to Exceptional Customer Service and our community involvement have been the hallmark of our dealership in the Triad area. We are always looking for talented individuals to be a part of our exciting team – our focus is your success! We always look to promote from within and are looking forward to speaking with you about joining the Bob King Family." But that duplicates the same text twice in the original; we should include only once. Let's add that as a paragraph under About the role after the existing paragraphs. Thus About the role will have three paragraphs: intro, position summary, company description. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Dealership Experienced Used Car Sales Manager Bob King Hyundai | Winston-Salem, NC" at top - we omitted job title heading; we can keep location maybe as part of intro?
