Responsibilities

• Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Promote Manheim’s top-tier products and services to dealers.
• Help dealers prepare vehicles for auction, both in-lane and online.
• Consult on pricing, reconditioning, and bidding strategies.
• Solve problems, answer questions, and provide friendly client support.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience with a minimum of 5 years.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far, and in color, judge distances, and adapt to changes in focus.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in a sales support role.
