Dealer Services Specialist II - Manheim Cincinnati

About the role

We're looking for a Dealer Services Specialist II to join our team at Manheim, part of the Cox family of businesses. This role involves representing the dealer sales lane on auction days, promoting Manheim's products and services, helping dealers prepare vehicles for auction, negotiating bids, and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days
• Promoting Manheim's awesome products and services
• Helping dealers get vehicles ready for auction
• Negotiating bids, consulting on pricing, and offering reconditioning advice
• Solving problems and being the friendly face our clients count on

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment
• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 15 pounds
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far, and in color, judge distances, and adapt to changes in focus

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience
• Previous experience in sales support role
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Pay

USD 20.10 - 30.10 per hour

Schedule

Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
