Dealer Services Specialist II - Manheim New Jersey
Love cars? Love people? You might just love this job. We're on the lookout for a Dealer Services Specialist II to join our crew at Manheim, part of the Cox family of businesses. This isn't your average desk job. You'll be the go-to person for our dealer clients, making sure their auction experience is smooth, professional, and maybe even a little fun. Think of yourself as the pit crew for their auction day—keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
About the role
You’ll represent the dealer sales lane on sale days, promote Manheim’s products and services, help dealers get vehicles ready for auction, negotiate bids, consult on pricing, offer reconditioning advice, and solve problems as the friendly face our clients count on.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination, such as a degree/certification or 5 years of experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 15 pounds
- Vision requirements: close, far, and color vision; ability to judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience
- Previous experience in a sales support role
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)

Pay
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.07 - $33.13/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including commission and/or incentive programs.
