Dealer Service Center Operations Intern- Fall 2026

About the role

This position is responsible for learning and supporting Dealers Service Center (DSC) indirect operations. Duties include assisting with administrative tasks, operational processes, process improvements, and data file migration. The role may also involve contacting vendors by phone or email to obtain missing or incomplete information.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Operation, or another related field from an accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency in spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel
• Detailed-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship
• Start date: Tuesday, September 15th or Wednesday September 16th
• Orientation: Friday September 18th
