Key Responsibilities

- Learn banking products, sales cycles, and growth metrics;
- Use AI insights to identify lending opportunities and optimize sales strategies;
- Track campaign performance and develop reports.
- Proactively retain customers by anticipating risks using AI and automations;
- Personalize engagement strategies to deepen relationships.
- Gain deep insight into solar lending;
- Support AI-based tools to optimize loan application processing and reduce turnaround time;
- Support goal of 50% increase in customer onboarding capacity per FTE.
- Shadow development team to define requirements, write user stories, and prioritize backlog;
- Champion AI tools for product development.
- Champion mission focuses on social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in top-notch customer service (virtual/remote preferred) with a customer-centric mentality.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter mentality; fast learner; independent; high-performance orientation.
- Excellent communication skills (on camera, phone, chat); confident, concise, professional.
- Banking acumen or curiosity to learn; compliance knowledge; product/service expertise.
