Database Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure all direct mail jobs are sent on time.
• Open mail jobs with designers to create accurate and inviting content.
• Cookprint various invite & information mailers through external print vendors.
• Validate accuracy of campaigns in the CMS.
• Monitor and forecast DM trends.
• Bid out mail jobs, and manage relationship with USPS.
• Maintain and reconcile account balance with USPS.
• Create promotions and offers in the CMS.
• Proof all direct marketing jobs for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Basic word processing & typing skills.
• Competence in Excel and excellent proof-reading skills.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; two years of experience in related positions.
• Basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
• Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
• Effective communication skills with guests, employees, and members of management in English.
• Ability to complete standard forms and reports.
