Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Develop and generate daily/weekly/monthly marketing and other statistical reports and analyses.
- Coincide and support marketing planning, including short and long term forecasting.
- Maintain databases for marketing and other statistical data.
- Continually expected to improve and support the annual budget process.
- Develops historical, current and potential future trend analysis.
- Aids in assessing and communicating marketing results to senior management.
- Supports review meetings with managers to identify and implement process improvements.
- Communicates effectively with all levels of management.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and Golden Nugget staff.
Qualifications
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel—ability to create pivot table, formulas and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
- Must have demonstrated ability to take initiative, be detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the area of Finance, Business or Accounting required.
- Strong mathematical skills and data analysis skills required.
- Must possess basic and advanced mathematical skills to include arithmetic, algebra, graphing, probability and statistics specific to position responsibilities.
- Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
