Data Entry Specialist (EHS Support)
About the role
UST is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support a critical data management and compliance initiative within the EHS organization.
Opportunity
- Enter, update, and maintain chemical-related data records
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Support chemical authorization and compliance-related workflows
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through research and collaboration with stakeholders
- Track progress and maintain records of completed work
- Follow established data governance, quality, and documentation standards
- Communicate effectively with EHS team members and Business Unit representatives
- Support additional administrative and data management activities as assigned

What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay
Role Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation Range: $36,000-$54,000
