Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are actively recruiting a new Data Entry Specialist to support a professional sales team in the residential outdoor construction industry. This is an entry-level role for professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, project management, and corporate customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily flow of incoming leads for multiple product channels.
• Call new leads to answer questions, gauge their interest, and determine lead viability.
• Follow conversation scripts to scrub leads and steer them in the right direction.
• Assign leads to the appropriate Territory Managers in Salesforce.
• Respond to incoming phone calls via LM office’s phone etiquette SOPs.
• Work closely with the Data Entry Lead to create and track documentation for incoming orders.
• Absorb office tasks including material and literature shipments, data entry, and order processing as directed by the Office Manager.
• Interact with in-person lumber desk customers while inside sales managers are occupied.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required by the Office Manager and General Manager.

• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
• Ability to multitask while staying on track.
• Computer software and CRM literacy.
