Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input a high volume of data, including customer details, service records, and invoicing information, into our company database.
- Regularly review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain and organise digital and physical files to ensure information is secure and easily retrievable.
- Prepare and generate routine reports and summaries from the database for management and other departments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with technicians and other administrative staff to ensure a seamless flow of information across the organisation.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the operational needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst also being a supportive team member.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.
