About the Role

Fabventure Travel needs a Data Entry Specialist to ensure dependable record accuracy across Europe, Mediterranean, and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups. This role focuses on specialized data entry execution within Europe travel support, prioritizing accuracy and traceable follow-through over speed. Success is measured by maintaining current record accuracy, assigning ownership for exceptions, and ensuring work can be seamlessly continued by another authorized teammate without reconstructing history.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Data Entry Specialist workflow by entering and validating structured records.
• Track the workflow by comparing incoming information with source documents.
• Own the workflow by resolving duplicate or incomplete records.
• Coordinate the workflow by documenting corrections and unresolved exceptions.
• Review the workflow by maintaining naming and filing standards.

Requirements

• Confidently use Data Entry Specialist Execution and Data Validation in daily tasks.
• Apply Duplicate Detection without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Record Reconciliation decisions clearly for teammate continuity.
• Exercise sound judgment in Documentation, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Position Details

Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $38,000–$54,000 per year.
