About the role
Assist in managing the daily operations of the Control Room to ensure system uptime and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate and schedule Computer Operators
- Maintain inventory
- Distribute performance reports
- Improve systems and procedures
- Interface with customers and vendors
- Monitor data quality
- Verify system configurations
- Recommend system enhancements
- Ensure hardware and software integrity through detailed analysis and maintenance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience
- Preferably knowledgeable in lottery operations, systems, sales, retailer networks, POS, and technical diagnostics of hardware/software failures
