Data Center Supervisor

Role: Assist in managing the daily operations of the Control Room to ensure system uptime and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot issues, coordinate and schedule Computer Operators, maintain inventory, distribute performance reports, improve systems and procedures, interface with customers and vendors, monitor data quality, verify system configurations, and recommend system enhancements. Ensure hardware and software integrity through detailed analysis and maintenance, and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience. Preferably knowledgeable in lottery operations, systems, sales, retailer networks, POS, and technical diagnostics of hardware/software failures. Skills & Attributes: Leadership in managing complexity, people, business, and self; attention to detail; communication; problem-solving; proactive system improvement. Familiarity with lottery systems and security is advantageous.
