Data Center Supervisor

About the role

Supervises production associates who perform tasks related to loading and unloading freight, accounting for materials using multiple systems, and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and their components.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
• Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advise subordinates on work‑related questions or problems.
• Monitor work and examine production areas for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Recommend and implement documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Perform or assist subordinates in the performance of duties.
• Maintain service level agreements using existing systems and tools, ensuring subordinates follow safety protocols and standards.
• Interact frequently with customers, peers, and other site stakeholders in addition to subordinates.
• Pass required federal, state, local, airport, or company background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Generally 3–6 years of experience in material handling operations.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Entry‑level leadership capability.

Pay

Base pay range: $80,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
