Responsibilities

• Oversee data center construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Cooky with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Provide accurate reporting and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure requirements.
• Prioritization of leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
