Data Center Construction Manager
About the role
The Construction Team at Fluidstack is responsible for delivering one of the largest data center buildouts of its kind, with many sites running at once. They focus on extreme ownership, velocity, and first principles thinking to build and operate civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day site execution for greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds, orchestrating general contractors, trades, and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities at extreme power and cooling density.
- Build, maintain, and execute integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Enforce the safety program and drive a zero-incident culture across all subcontractors.
- Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time, and verify QA/QC, submittals, RFI, and change-order processes.
- Track and report daily progress, spend, earned value, and resource loading, and issue recovery plans when needed.
- Lead scopes of work for critical-path trades and packages, and manage construction contracts from award through close-out.
Requirements
- You've managed hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects.
- You know CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls deeply.
- You build and drive integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- You enforce safety hard and hold subcontractors to it.
- You coordinate across Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations and keep handoffs clean.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Construction management qualification preferred.
- Liquid cooling or high-density power builds experience a plus.
- Multi-site international delivery experience a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience with safety protocols and incident prevention.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $230,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
Schedule
Full-time position.
