About the role
The Customer Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for hundreds of new customers joining the AI recruiting marketplace. They will solve their primary challenge: hiring faster through AI.
Responsibilities
- Frontline support for new and existing customers
- Solve customer issues via chat, Slack, and email
- Track and update customer pipelines
- Gain deep product expertise to shape onboarding at startup velocity
- Collaborate with General Managers and Strategic Leads to build support processes
- Work closely with the team to understand and address customer needs
Requirements
- 3 - 8 years of total experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with customer relationship management tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Technical aptitude, understanding of AI and recruiting concepts is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Experience with customer support software and platforms
