Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems (optional)
