Customer Service Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales and Service Specialist, TNC is an essential member of the Hertz Local Edition team. As a brand ambassador, the Mobility Specialist will facilitate the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience to Lyft and/or Uber drivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operational efficiencies to provide customers the best rental car experience.
• Provide assistance creating rental car reservations, processing rentals, and delivering clean and safe vehicles.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving the rental and billing process.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering helpful customer service that enhances the rental experience.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, including rental requirements, billing, extensions, and roadside assistance.
• Effectively communicate the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and procedures.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business and overcoming customer objections.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including checking for damage, cleaning interiors and exteriors, filling gasoline tanks, and verifying fluid levels.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Clear and proficient communication in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.
