Customer Service Sales Representative
What's the Job?
Handle inbound calls from prospective enrollees for dental insurance products. Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable product options. Explain plan costs, benefits, and guide customers through application processes. Complete new applications, assist with payment options, and refer to additional resources if needed. Respond to inquiries from existing customers regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and billing issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
What's Needed?
- Active Life and Health Insurance License from any of the 50 states.
- Proven sales experience, not limited to customer service roles.
- Ability to take and pass the Windows 11 assessment test.
- Own a compatible computer with Windows 11, at least 16 GB RAM, and a reliable internet connection of 300 Mbps or higher.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
