Customer Service Representative- Sales

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chat with customers over the phone and help them score tickets to awesome events
• Sell tickets for public events, corporate outings, and group experiences
• Upsell fun event add-ons and upgrades (think golf carts and premium options)
• Keep customer records accurate and organized
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and event-goers
• Build great relationships with returning customers and fans
• Deliver friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable customer service every time
• Jump in on other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• We’re searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to every call
• Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• A genuine passion for motorsports is a big plus
