About the role
This is a customer-facing position supporting sales efforts while delivering excellent service. You’ll assist customers, manage orders, and partner with sales teams to drive satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries (pricing, inventory, ETAs, post-sale support)
- Manage calls, emails, and CRM updates
- Process orders, returns, and quotes
- Support sales reps and cover accounts as needed
- Resolve issues and assist new account setup
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service (office or call center)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office proficiency
