About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bluefors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to contribute to a growing and innovative organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding order status and product information.
  • Process customer orders and changes in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer needs and issues.
  • Perform export compliance screenings in accordance with company policies.
  • Review purchase orders, contracts, and terms and conditions to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Support additional tasks assigned to help meet departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six months to one year of related experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • An associate degree or coursework from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with basic data entry and processing skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Experience working with ERP systems and CRM software.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
  • The ability to identify process improvements and contribute ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
