Customer Service Representative - Part Time

About the Role

Assist customers at airport rental locations by performing vehicle checks, processing rentals, checking vehicles in and out, and providing exceptional customer service. This outdoor, multi-function role requires flexibility, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a smooth experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Checking vehicles and entering data via handheld devices
• Processing rentals and returns efficiently
• Assisting customers at exit gates and during vehicle check-in
• Delivering friendly, professional service to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to move, sit, stand, walk, and drive a variety of vehicles
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus
