Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by handling purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits following standard procedures.
• Assist customers through suggestive selling and respond to inquiries to meet their needs.
• Support store operations by replenishing merchandise, maintaining store layout, ensuring cleanliness, and monitoring floor stock and fitting rooms.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and POS instructions to provide accurate assistance.
• Secure cash and negotiable documents during transactions.

Physical Requirements
