- A High School Aged individual, High School diploma or higher
- 1 to 2 years of valuable sales experience
- Customer Service oriented
- A valid driver’s license for convenient transportation
Role Expectations
Guide customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other services.
Share creative ideas for marketing and promotions.
Help open and close the center, managing the cash register and systems.
Work with management to keep inventory organized and stocked.
Foster positive relationships with couriers and store staff.
Sort and deliver mail to private mailboxes for smooth operations.
Easily interacts with customers with an outgoing and friendly personality.
Physical and Safety Requirements
- Ability to stand at a sales counter for extended periods
- Capability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Proficient in clear communication with customers via email, phone, and in-person
