Customer Service Representative - Part Time

About the Role

Customer Service Associate at airport rental locations, providing outdoor, hands-on support throughout vehicle rental and return processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and returns
• Enter data using handheld devices
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and manage exit gate operations
• Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience with professional service

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• Customer-first mindset, professionalism, patience, and clear communication
• Ability to work outdoors, stay active, and be flexible with shifts
• Ability to enter, exit, and drive various vehicles; capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the lot
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the country
• Retail or customer service experience in fast-paced environments is a plus
