Customer Service Representative - Part Time

About the Role

This outdoor, customer-facing position involves assisting customers during the vehicle rental and return process at airport locations. You will perform tasks such as vehicle checks, data entry, processing rentals for loyalty members, and managing vehicle returns, all while delivering professional, friendly service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout various stages of rental and return
• Check vehicles and enter information using handheld devices
• Process rentals, including loyalty customer transactions
• Support customers at exit gates and check-in vehicles at return
• Provide exceptional customer service, professionalism, and patience

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to move, sit, stand, walk, and drive different vehicles
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
