Customer Service Representative - Part Time

About the Role

This outdoor, customer-focused position involves assisting customers with vehicle rentals and returns at airport locations. No two days are the same, requiring flexibility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Checking vehicles and entering data with handheld devices
• Processing rentals for loyalty customers
• Assisting at exit gates
• Checking in vehicles upon return
• Providing friendly, professional service to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication and a customer-first mindset
• Patience and professionalism
• Willingness to stay active outdoors
• Must be 18 or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to move throughout the rental lot and drive various vehicles

Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
